Reid is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a background in training collegiate athletes. He was a two sport athlete in high-school, playing both football and baseball, and graduated from Ninety-Six High School. Reid graduated from USC Upstate in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He then went on to Wingate University where he graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021. While at Wingate, Reid was an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, specializing in training football, baseball, softball, and men’s lacrosse teams. Prior to joining the Peak Performance team, Reid spent a year working in outpatient orthopedics in Georgia, followed by the home health setting. Frank is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with a deep passion for fitness. He played varsity soccer at Irmo High School and went on to play semi-professionally at River City FC. Frank is a rising senior at Lander University, where he is pursuing a BS in Exercise Science. He also competes in Track & Field, specializing in the 100m and 200m, and has previously held the school records in both events at Lander.

Holly Sowko is a dedicated leader in the healthcare field, an accomplished nurse, and an endurance athlete. Originally from Wisconsin, she has called Greenwood home since 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Holly is known for her expertise in cardiac care, critical care, nursing leadership, and health care education. Currently, Holly is a Clinical Nurse Instructor at Lander University where she has the privilege of preparing future nurses for their careers in health care.

Holly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004, followed by a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Maryland-Baltimore in 2015. Throughout her career, Holly has honed her skills as a nurse, working in specialized areas that demand both clinical proficiency and leadership. Her credentials include the prestigious Nurse Executive Advanced certification, underscoring her expertise in nursing leadership. Additionally, she holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching Certification, reflecting her commitment to wellness and holistic health.

In her personal life, Holly is a passionate endurance athlete. Grace Beccue is an NSCA (CSCS) Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a masters in Exercise Science. She grew up playing club soccer, then went on to play Division II college soccer at the University of North Georgia. During her masters program she worked as a graduate assistant for the Sports Performance Department at UNG. She was the head strength coach for men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s tennis, cross country, track, and rifle during her time at UNG.

Grace also has experience in working with younger students and athletes in a coaching and tutoring capacity. She has worked as a U7 soccer coach and a high school/early college Russian tutor.

Grace is dedicated to helping athletes feel prepared for their sport and their life after sport. Training for longevity is the central tenement of Grace’s training philosophy, which includes categories such as, movement literacy, energy system development, energy balance, and autonomic regulation.

Dr. Meredith Stevenson specializes in sports and orthopedics, and especially loves working with fitness and endurance athletes. She has extensive training in manual therapy, and is trained in dry needling, IASTM, Functional Range Conditioning, and Kinesio Taping.
